General Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any lesson, workshop, or tour with Level Up Skatepark. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment and Pricing Policy

All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept major credit cards (except for AMEX) and PayPal.
Pricing may vary per session or day depending on school term lengths and public holidays.
Prices include applicable merchant and card processing fees.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not hold spots without payment.

2. Refunds, Cancellations, Credits & Discounts

All bookings and purchases are final.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if your child no longer wishes to participate.
This applies to all services including lessons, camps, and school holiday programs.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of management, in which case a $30 administration fee will apply.
In the event of cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes will be arranged. If you are unable to attend the scheduled make-up class, no additional classes, credits, or refunds will be offered.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. You may not join another class unless prior approval is given by Level Up Skatepark management.
Discounts for multiple lesson bookings apply only to members of the same family and must be booked in a single transaction. Discounts cannot be extended to friends or other families. If found doing so this can result in your booking being cancelled with no refund.

3. Lesson Details

All programs align with Queensland school terms and holidays unless otherwise specified.
Class sizes are capped at a 7–8:1 student-to-coach ratio.
Beginner classes: 4:00–5:00 PM
Intermediate classes: 5:00–6:00 PM
Holiday programs/morning classes: Start from 9:00 AM
All lessons are 60 minutes in duration and designed to accommodate a range of skill levels.

4. Behaviour Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. All participants must:

Behave respectfully toward coaches and fellow students
Be considerate, friendly, and cooperative

Any inappropriate behaviour will result in a three-warning system, after which the participant may be removed from classes without a refund or credit.

5. Privacy Policy

Level Up Skatepark is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is used solely for:

Processing orders and bookings
Communicating essential updates and information

We do not share personal data with third parties.
Please ensure your contact information is up to date for accurate communication.

Photography & Video Notice:
Photos and videos may be taken during lessons and used for marketing purposes. Please contact us if you do not wish your child’s image to be used.

6. Security Policy

All transactions are securely processed using 128-bit SSL encryption, ensuring your personal and financial data is protected. This technology is widely recognized as one of the safest methods for secure online payments.

7. Shipping Policy (Merchandise Orders Only)

Once your online order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items will be shipped via Australia Post within 4 business days, subject to stock availability.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you regarding estimated delivery time or backorder status.

8. Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

If you wish to exchange your Level Up Skatepark shirt for another size:

Email info@levelupskatepark.com.au with your name, order number, purchase date, and exchange details.
Items must be clean, unworn, and in original condition.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case, based on stock availability.

9. Disclaimer

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is kept secure, Level Up Skatepark is not legally responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Our payment platform is intended for domestic use. No export restrictions apply as no goods are shipped internationally through this site.
