Do I have to book a session online?
It's important that you book online especially in wet weather so that you do not miss out. We also close early if no one has booked a session.
Can I ride my Mountain Bike, Rollerblades, Rollerskates or scooter at Level Up?
Yes you can.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
If you are under 18 years of age you require a helmet. If you skate Vert you require a helmet what ever age you are.
What is your pricing?
Session Pricing: Our 2 hour sessions are $20 - you can buy 5, 10 & 20 session passes which will give you a discount.
Group term Lessons: are priced between $200 - $400 per term, per participant. Prices may vary slightly due to the number of sessions in term.
Skate Tours - $100 per participant
Kids Club - $90 per participant - Bring your own lunch & Water bottle
Skate Camps: $600 - $1250 per participant
What age groups do you run lessons for?
Private Sessions: All ages, all skill levels
Group Lessons: Ages 5+
Micro Groms: 2-5 years
Skate Tours: Ages 6+
Kids Clubs: Ages 6+
How long is a term?
A term is 8 weeks and coincides with the Queensland State School term
Do Sessions run on public holidays?
Yes, All sessions run on public holidays.
How many sessions are in a term?
8 sessions, 1 session per week per lesson.
Where are you located?
Level Up Skatepark is located at 8 Coghill Drive Currumbin Waters QLD 4223.
How many participants per session?
Group Lessons: Each Lessons has 6 kids per coach.
Private sessions: can take up to 3 participants.
Skate Tours: 11 participants
Kids Club: 15 participants
Camps: 11 participants.
Can we pick-up our online order?
Shipping is the preferred method as our HQ is not always staffed but if an order is needed quickly you can email us at info@levelupskatepark.com.au to arrange a pick-up.
Can my other child join in on the session?
Please contact us at info@levelupskatepark.com.au before allowing a sibling to join in a session. We will advise if there is space in the session and send through required documentation and payment links. To guarantee all your children a spot, we recommend making a booking for each child.
What if my child gets injured?
If your child has been injured and can't skate, we will credit the remaining weeks of the term and roll them into the next term or when they can ride again. .
What happens if I can't make a session?
If you miss a session we do not do make-up sessions, credits or refund. View our Terms & Conditions.
How do I book a session?
You must book online so that we can keep our ratio to 1:6. If you can't see a lesson you want please email info@levelupskatepark.com.au
What happens if it rains?
Our vert lessons and elanora lessons are outside and are at the behest of the weather. We will try to do a make up lesson or offer a credit.
What do I need to bring to my session?
All participants will need their own board, helmet and protective gear including knee pads, elbow pads & wrist pads. And don't forget a water bottle! If a participant does not have the above please mention this in your booking or email
info@levelupskatepark.com.au and we can arrange for the coach to have a loan set, board available.
